Simple test PCB fails DRC Bot??

Software: Eagle, with all minimum sizes and spacings set to 10mil.

I ran a simple test pcb with two resistors and a top layer poured ground plain. The errors are on the top layer but on the ends of the resistors that are not attached to the top layer.

I’ve also noticed that I don’t get that error if I use a capacitor with round pads, but a capacitor with hex-pad like the resistor, will yeild errors??

Is this a Bot error or PCB error?

Has anyone else experienced this?

How can I upload the images from my PC?

OK,

In Eagle’s Drc - shaps - pads , I had to set them to round.

This worked for the test pcb, I’ll try it for the real thing.

My actual pcb had about 300 errors which I think I can fix by changing to round pads, but I know the bottom layer had 8 errors that highlighted 10mil traces.

just a guess, do you have any copper pours (polys) with the default isolate? That seems to choke the bot. isolate at 12 or higher usually cures it.

The ground plain is a copper pour (polys). I tried adjusting the isolate but it still didn’t fix it. I had to change the pad shape (?).
