Hello I have some agricultural land to measure. I would like to know if, apart from the SparkFun GPS-RTK-SMA Base Kit, which would be the best option for the rover. I have 3 rasperry pi 4 in stock that I could have as a complement to your sparkfun gnns-rtk cards ZED-F9P . My question is whether to measure polygons with a precision of 14mm the rover must be the same card as the base station? SparkFun GPS-RTK-SMA Kit , OR can i buy : 1.- SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning ZED-F9R OR 2.- SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning pHAT for Raspberry Pi, taking advantage of the fact that I have some raspberry pi 4 available. Can the SparkFun GPS-RTK Dead Reckoning pHAT be used as a rover to measure polygons with a precision of 14mm without being installed in a car or without being installed in a drone? I would like to install it in my drone in the future, now it will only work as a rover for the base station. Thank you for your prompt response, explanation and recommendation. Thank you so much.
You can mix-and-match any that have RTK in the name/feature set for 14mm accuracy
Yes, though it would need to be calibrated if you want to use the dead reckoning https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … w-breakout
Also note that you could use a car to calibrate, then install on a drone or whatever
