Place solder on one of the ground pads then position the part and reheat the solder to set the part in place. Next apply solder to the second ground to secure part. This is where the tip comes in bridge solder across all of the contacts then use solder wick to remove the bridges. This removes the stress of trying the keep the solder on the individual pads without bridging.
