hello…i’m currently doing my thesis project about oscillator which is from LC Colpitts type(i’m not using any IC),my target oscillation frequency is around 600 to 700 MHz.Unfortunately in my university lab we dont have an oscilloscope that can measure frequency above 100 MHz.my supervisor tells me to use PLL or frequency divider(also not available) so that the wave can be detected by the scope.my question here is how do i use PLL in order to measure the frequency),is it PLL capable to divide the output frequency from the oscillator and how do i implement it to the circuit.
