Holtek DC/DC Step-Up converters: HT77XX

These look like really neat little gizmos for building battery supplies; they even come in a TO-92 package for easy breadboarding. I can’t seem to find them from the normal suppliers (Mouser, Digikey, Jameco), and Holtek’s on-line ordering system is kinda crap  It would be awesome if SF would stock these babys.

HT7727A - 2.7v

HT7730A - 3.0v

HT7733A - 3.3v

HT7750A - 5.0v

They can source up to 200ma of current.

they don’t list pricing on their website (you have to give them your CC# first and then they will call you with pricing :frowning:

Is there something that sets them apart from other DC/DC converters? They look fairly standard to me… Seems like a much more readily available Linear part might work just as well for you.
