These look like really neat little gizmos for building battery supplies; they even come in a TO-92 package for easy breadboarding. I can’t seem to find them from the normal suppliers (Mouser, Digikey, Jameco), and Holtek’s on-line ordering system is kinda crap It would be awesome if SF would stock these babys.
HT7727A - 2.7v

HT7750A - 5.0v
They can source up to 200ma of current.

Is there something that sets them apart from other DC/DC converters? They look fairly standard to me… Seems like a much more readily available Linear part might work just as well for you.
