How about DIY a USB driving with an FDD interface?

Hello,guys~

Yesterday, chatting with a friend, I knew that he lately needed a USB flash driving with an PDD(http://www.kynix.com/Search/FDD.html) interface to be used for industrial control.

So I send this post and turn to you.

Mentioning FDD (floppy drive), which everyone laughed to say, “it’s been out of date for a long time!”

However, it’s still in service with a lot of industrial control. With the popularization of advanced technologies such as FPGA/RAM, and the number of data needed to be collated is so huge, how can I satisfy the size of 1.44?

And now there is an product saying: the simulation soft drive. But it is so expansive, so I have an idea that maybe I can make one by myself?

Anyone has idea?
