How do you hook the quad relay up to an arduino?

I have searched everywhere and no info is out there. How do I hook up the quad relay to an arduino uno. I can get power light to come on with a wall adap. only Ive hooked up 3v pin and ground to 3v power and nothing. Nowhere does it tell you where to hook anything up. I am not using the qwic jack

Using the 4 plated-thru holes (either by soldering in wires or header pins) or the qwiic cable https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14425, connect 3.3v, ground, SDA (to SDA or A4) , and SCK (to SCL or A5) on the UNO. Then feed power (7-15v) into the power jack. You can find example code under the “documents” tab on https://www.sparkfun.com/products/15102
