If by control you mean being able to turn the power on and off via a FET the answer is yes. If you mean connecting to the Camera Link output and processing data, then an Arduino is hopelessly underpowered.

Of course if you can afford this sensor, you should be able to afford a ARM processor development board with Camera Link interface.
