I get RTCM3 data from CORS, but U-Connect shows NTRIP Client not connected.

I have U-Connect up and communicating with my RTK-SMA ZED-F9P board. I am getting a “3D” fix. U-connect is on my Home PC and is communicating via USB cable to the USB-C connector via COM3 of my PC.

On the same PC, I am using RTKLIB. I open the icon, (2nd from the right) and set it up as Rover and NTRIP. In the NTRIP I point it to the IP address, port and give my username and password. Whe I select the Mountpoint button, it reaches out to the CORS server and pulls in the list of mount points available. I then select the one with RTCM3 on it and then click start. It looks like it’s getting data, the Sys Admin for the Ohio State Dept of Transportation CORS site says he saw me pulling RTCM3 data but he said it did not look like I was getting a good fix. Indeed the U-Connect showed that the NTRIP Client was disconnected and the FIX never got better than 3D. How can I get the U-Connect software to see the RTCM3 correction data from the RTKLIB/RTKNAVI client? do I need to connect a different com port on the ZED-F9P board to a different USB port on my PC? I’m not sure how to get the two software to talk to each other.

I figured it out. I was trying to use separate software (RTKLIB) to get the RTK correction data into U-Center. Turns out, U-Center has a built-in NTRIP client. Once I found that out via the nice people at UBlox Tech support, I put in my Ohio State CORS login information into the U-Center NTRIP Client (From the U-Center main screen Click on “Receiver” at the top then go to NTRIP Client), I entered in the login credentials and server IP and Port address then clicked on “Update Source table”. Thet doenloaded a list of the different mountpoints prided by the Ohio Dept of Transportation CORS system. I slected the one with RTCM 3 and clicked OK and then U-center showed my NTRIP client was connected. Withing a few minutes my FIX went from 3D to 3D/DGNSS/FIXED (Which is the same a “RTK-FIXED” and my 2D and Vertical accuracy were withn .0104 meters 2D and .0100 meters Vertical. That’s about .5" !!! WOW!!! I was amazed! AND best of all, the CORS system is free!
