hi, how can i configure the initial position of my gps venus, using GPS viewer?

If you are getting all zeros for your position, the GPS hasn’t found any satellites. You will know when it finds them if the green led on the venus begins to blink at 1hz(default).
If you are indoors, it may have a hard time locating and downloading information from the satellites.
Try either taking it outside till it starts to blink, or place the antenna near a window. It should find satellites then.
Mine will pickup satellites within about 30 seconds or so when it has a view of the sky. I have picked them up from a cold start inside the house however it takes longer in my case.
