LED Ring Schematic (HALP!!!)

Do any of you experienced PCB layout makers have any suggestions for building this part?

I broke the orientation rule for placing one of the TLC5940 since I think it will make running traces a lot easier.

The Atmega 168 is a QFN package (the other SMD ones are unavailable at both digikey and mouser). Does the ground plane under the QFP have to be soldered? If not, is it OK to run vias under the QFP?

The LEDs and the control circuitry are supposed to be on separate sides of the board.

The central pad on QFN parts should be soldered.

Here is an update

Things to do:

Add silkscreening

Modify the MLP package to add a GND pad in the center.

Get Sparkfun’s DRC accept the schematic :frowning: right now its saying the QFN pad spacing is violating the 8mil width rule, but I’m pretty sure its not since I made the MLF pads thinner (but still >8mil) and there is more than 16mil spacing between adjacent pads.
