Hello, team.

I am reaching out with the following issue. I recently purchased a module for work purposes from AliExpress (we are currently equipping agricultural drones with GNSS modules), but unfortunately, this module is not functioning. It is very disappointing, as we were particularly impressed by this module’s technical specifications.

Could you please help me resolve this problem? It is possible that the module requires firmware without restrictions for certain countries.

1)What I can confirm is that there are limitations imposed by the Quectel policy for some countries subject to sanctions…
2) Buying on Ali is like buying from a second-hand dealer: (by the seller) no support no assistance and a serious chance to buy a cloned item!Try to return it, maybe they’ll make keep the goldbrick.

Nothing can be done about the firmware, I would have gladly tried to swap your module if it had been possible to resolve it.
