Is it a way reconfigure ADC ports to a I2C interface?

There is certainly the possibility to reconfigure the pins you want to use as general purpose I/Os and then support I2C programatically but if you can use a native hardware chip feature this will save lots of sweat and efforts and allow for more complex modes (multimaster mode etc.)
