Looking for the identification of an electronic component

Hello Everybody, I’m Chris from Belgium and I’m rather new to it all.

I’m trying to fix an old electronic device but I can’t identify a component.

Is there anybody who could help?

It’s the little brown item in the yellow circle and I’m wondering if this is a tantalium capacitor or simply a resistor?

It doesn’t make much sense to me… :?

It looks like a capacitor, but I can’t really tell because the photo is a bit blurry.

Are there any markings on the part? Knowing that would be helpful.
