I received the order yesterday but it seems to have a mistake in the screws that were included. I received:
- 7 short screws
- 2 long screws
I believe I should have received:
- 6 short screws
- 3 long screws
I need the 3 long screws to mount it properly inside the standard case. (The short screws aren’t long enough.)
It seems silly to request replacement of a single long screw that was missing, but I don’t have any screws of this size in my spare part collection…

Looks like you are correct
- the quickest/easiest fix is probably if you source the long one you need locally (ace hardware or similar) or on amazon and issue some store credit if you’d like. I’m not certain on the length but they are M2.5 diameter

Did it have all 4 standoffs?
It includes 3 standoffs, which is the right amount for this compact HAT.
The longer ones appear to be 10mm in length, so I’ll take a chance and order some M2.5x10 off Amazon.
Well, I measured incorrectly… they are probably 8mm… not supposed to include the head in the measurement, it seems. 
Hardware can be weird, you include the head with some types of screws (counter-sunk, for example) - I ran into this same thing when I first got a fancy RC car lol…ordered many incorrect parts
