Message ”LoRa shared port timeout expired. Moving to dedicated LoRa receive with no USB output.” prevents serial configuration

I was going through the serial config menu.

If the torch is in rover mode, and I do not put any inputs into the menus, eventually the torch gives this message and I cannot communicate with it anymore (that is, the terminal is no longer updating and my keyboard inputs don’t do anything.

”LoRa shared port timeout expired. Moving to dedicated LoRa receive with no USB output.”

I have to restart it to get the serial menu back and be able to start configuring again, and while I am in the menus I have to be quick about switching between menus and making changes because if I don’t it will bring up the message again and force me to restart.

Is this normal?

RTK Everywhere v3.1

UM980 v11833

LoRa v2.0.2

Mostly - be sure to back out of any menu fully if you make a change and would like it to be saved!
