MGM240P console

I am not able launch console on Sparkfun Thing Plus MGM240P board.

I have created zigbee soc light project and downloaded .s37 file using on board debugger

After launch console option, On Serial 0 it shows below message

E[35008407h]: VUART over USB is currently not supported.

I am not able launch console using USB-C connector on the Thing Plus MGM240P board.
Whether I have use PA5/TX and PA6/RX (PTHs) separately?
