Sparkfun Thing Plus MGM240P launch console fails

I am not able launch console on Sparkfun Thing Plus MGM240P board.

I have created zigbee soc light project and downloaded .s37 file using on board debugger

After launch console option, On Serial 0 it shows below message

E[35008407h]: VUART over USB is currently not supported.

This thread seems like a very similar situation, I would suggest trying the ideas in the other posts and if they don’t work try the original poster’s eventual solution (fresh wipe/clean and re-install SS)
