I found my screen in an upside down state. I hard rebooted the device and the screen has not come back on since. I am guessing the screen is burned out or some other way malfunctioning. Not sure if this is a warranty item or not probably should be I think its been under a year but if I were to replace will this screen work? SparkFun Qwiic OLED - (1.3in., 128x64)

Yes, the 1.3" OLED is exactly what you need. But, if your unit is less than a year old, please feel free to start a return / repair. Please reference this topic when you contact the returns team - it makes life so much easier.

30days is a pretty limited warranty for $1200 unit. Lesson learned I guess.

I have submitted RMA request a few days ago still awaiting to here back form someone regarding the return.

Greetings, I have a new RTK Mosaic X-5 (red case) that I setup this morning where the OLED is completely black/blank. There appeared to be some ānoiseā on the right side of the OLED at first, but now nothing. Ethernet setup with usb-c power. Web interface works fine. Please advise.

Iām sorry you are having issues with the RTK mosaic-X5 OLED. Can you please check the OLED connection, as described in the post below. Please also tell us your order number. If you need a replacement OLED, we can send one to you. Or you are welcome to return the whole unit for repair.
