I don’t know what is the reason. The only feedback is failed the test. Is there anyway I can get more detail explanation?

We used to get an email containing details of the failure. I see on this forum that there was a problem back in April/May when these weren’t being sent. I’ve ordered since then and it was working, but the one I tried just now also didn’t send an email, so I don’t know what’s wrong either. I guess you can email support, or wait and see if they notice and fix it.
