Hello, I have had previous problems with my RTK express regarding updates and firmware, since I acquired it I have not been able to work correctly with it. I have tried to find the correct version to use, but after inserting a previous version it has stopped working. When I try to turn it on, the version information is displayed and it turns off immediately, only showing this message on the screen before going black. Neither the firmware uploader nor ucenter detects it, can someone help me with this issue?

Sorry for the hassles! Thanks for the photos! It makes it very clear that the accelerometer has failed. Once this happens, it unfortunately affects other devices on the I2C bus including the GNSS (amongst others, display, fuel gauge, etc). Please see our returns page (https://www.sparkfun.com/returns) to obtain an RMA for repairs. We’ll get it fixed up and dispatched back to you within a day or two once we receive it.
