I’m trying to figure out how to tap into a national geographic weather station to do the monitoring via arduino or raspberry Pi.

Into originally wanted to decode the data from the board but and starting to think it may be easier to tap into the sensors them self.

The wind cups use a Reid switch so It should be easy enough to count pulses to figure out wind speed (some how!)
Now I’m not sure what theses thing are to determine direction. There is 4 on the board and each of a - and +. What they heck are they?
