I’ve just bought an NCP1400-5V Step-Up Breakout (http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8999) and I would like to incorporate it into my project, however I’m not too familiar with inductors or Schottky diodes, basically I wanna use this circuit with the same components. Does anyone know what the parts are or similar ones that I could use and achieve the same result. I know the diode is an MBRA140 and obviously the NCP1400, but what inductor do I need and I was also unsure whether or not those were electrolytic capacitors, as they don’t look like SMD electrolytic capacitors (but I’m probably wrong).
