Need help building a Portable 240 LED strip for a youth club.

Due to the covid-19 my sons youth club have had to change their activities, no sports or group activities with more than 7 kids. I have been volunteered to upgrade the standard/flag pole, with some og the bigger kids.

I have run in to a lot of confusion on the hardware side of things.:

My plan is to use 4 meters of NeoPixel Digital RGB+W LED 60 Strip, and a Arduino nano, Is there a shils for the Nano that have a logic level shifter, 500 Ohm resistor and a capacitor? basich a plug and play solution?

With 240 pixels peaking at 60 mA I’ll need a 5v LiPO battery til 14.4 Amps, is this even portable?

would the FadeCandy NeoPixel Driver be a good replacement for a arduino nano?
