Can anyone help me with this section of datasheet, I need to know the ball size and distance between balls. I cant fathom it from this datasheet and I dont really want to make a mistake

My interpretation is:
The balls are 0.3mm dia ±0.05mm.
The balls are 0.5mm apart center to center, pitch.
The part package is 1.68mm square.
Do you have a sample part to check against?
The overall size is correct, those are the numbers I came up with but as usual assumed I was wrong
