I want to have dmx control over 5 servos and 2 ws2812b led strings. I have a servo driver that uses i2c. Can I drive the ws2812b led strings from the dmx shield and hookup the i2c board?

You should be able to do that but the I2C pins aren’t broken out on the shield so you’d need to tap into those from the ESP32 board. You can grab 5 volts from the unused third LED strip connector to use on your servo controller though.
