Hi guys,
I need to have about 10-13dbm starting with an nrf2401 ( at 0dbm ).
Output impedance is 50ohm no reactive.
Somebody can suggest me a seller or a project ready to use for a 10-13 dbm PA at 2.4Ghz ?

I think the nordic app notes describes a maxim part.
What I am worried about is the FCC implications. Can we still have FCC license free devices if we are over 0dB? Anyone?

I think there are no problems for european market until the limit of 30dbm.
I saw from nordic only a reference design but nothing close to real world.
What I’m lookin for is a complete project with gerbers and BOM.
I have a PA 10dBm schematic but have not rf tx-rx switch design.
