i just need to know how to interface LS20031 with my pc (better with usb )

there are various posts on this forum with information on how to interface the LS20031 to a pc via serial port… so just do a search.
To interface it using USB you have two choices… buy a USB to serial adapter (RS232) or use a microcontroller that is USB capable… since you’re a newbie I would recomend the first choice… or even better a USB to serial adapter (TTL level). That way you don’t need the interface circuitry for RS232 to TTL… again, there are some posts about that somewhere arround here…
Yep. It’s pretty much that simple. Anything you can do to read the TX from the module will work. Then open up hyper terminal and rock out!
