NO Response from Customer service over a week

I have been patiently waiting for a week for a response. I have submitted tickets, email customer support, and even tried a defunct customer service number.

I did not receive my full order as the package was damaged or ripped open in transit.

the lack of response from SparkFun is severely disappointing.
