Sincerest apologies to post this in your forums.
I have sent three emails ( starting weeks and weeks ago to support@sparkfun.com & spark@sparkfun.com ) requesting a follow up of order 8509 and return of damaged goods. To date no one from Sparkfun has even had the courtesy to send a quick ’ … we’ll get back to you email … ’ I am hoping that this is due to not recieving the emails and not due to tardiness & unprofessionalsim on the part of Sparkfuns employees
