Using with Arduino UNO and hooked up as spelled out in the hookup guide. See attached photo. Using Hologram SIM which has been activated.
I’ve uploaded the “00” sketch and the attached screen image is all I’m getting no matter what I try. The 2nd “Initializing” message happened after I pressed RESET on the Uno after about 10 minutes of waiting. Now it’s been 30 minutes and no response from the LTE board.
Please help!!
Try flipping the serial switch to “hard”.
I’ve just bought the shield, and I have the same problem, I’ve tried with both positions of the serial switch (software and hardware) also tried to press the reset and power buttoms, but the shield does not answer it gets stuck here…

…this may take ~25 seconds if the shield is off.
…it may take ~5 seconds if it just turned on.
