No support

Have purchased two ESP32 thing plus thinking sparkfun would have good documentation and customer support. Have to post on forum for help and 2 days later no reply. will not be purchasing any more products due to poor customer help

We certainly welcome criticism but just as an aside though I’d say posting on Friday afternoon and expecting a reply before Monday seems a bit lofty, but ne’ertheless it has been responded to, replete with a code example that I wouldn’t have bothered to make if I had read this first
