nRF24L01+ backwards compatible with nRF2401A?

Hopefully a simple question - if I have an existing nRF2401A transmit-only device, will the nRF24L01+ chipset be able to listen to it, assuming I use the same logical configuration for both devices?

If you use the correct settings it will work. I think that SFE has some code for the nRF24L01 that allows it to communicate with the nRF2401A.
