Olimex AT91SAM7X256 board and SAM-BA

I have Olimex board.I want to upload software through SAM-BA.I connect via USB download, first done FLASH jumper procedure but after finish download nothing work. I can’t connect via serial to SAM-BA.Jumpers are in position for debug port but don’t see port.I use USB to RS232 adapter on my laptop.Can you explain me how programming with SAM-BA works.I can’t understand from manual.MCU is AT91SAM7X256.Thanks

I’m having the same issue. I plug in the usb cable, lights flash. I just don’t know how to upload code using SAM-BA.
