Does anyone of you know if the AT90CAN128 can be debugged with the Olimex JTAG?
Even better would be it works under Linux, but I would be happy if it works under Windows at least?
Any Ideas?

yes, CAN128 can be debugged with our JTAG
this is how we test our AVR-H128-CAN header boards
