Programing the AT90CAN128 (Using JTAG)

Ok so i have been told various things about this

JTAG-ICE MKII is apparently the only one that will program the Micro.

But on the sparkfun website it explains that the "AVR In Circuit Emulator with USB Interface " will program any AVR device.

I just want confirmation that this is true and does actually program the Micro without the need for an ISP programmer.

Any Help would be appreciated

AVR-JTAG and AVR-JTAG-USB will program AT90CAN128 without problem

we use AVR-JTAG to test our AVR-H128CAN header boards
