Olimex LPC-P1 Port 2 & 3

I’m trying to drive Port 2 & 3 on the LPC-P1 and I can’t seem to drive these ports. I downloaded the same code in a IAR KickStart Card and it works fine. Looking at the schematic there nothing connected to these ports. What do you think is going on? Thanks.
