openlog not working

Hi,

I have ordered sparkfun’s Openlog board and I am facing difficulties with it.

  1. The ? command doesnt work.

  2. The arduino sketch associated with it to run on other arduino devices doesnt work either.

I feel like I’m missing something over here. I went trough Github as well as the hook guide[and comments] but I couldn’t make it work. Please help me with it.

How long ago did you order your OpenLog? It’s possible you may have a version that didn’t support the firmware version command.

Which sketch are you trying and what errors does it give you?

  1. I received on Tuesday this week.

  2. Im trying to run openlog read example with arduino Uno. The connections I made are as follows:

RXI of OpenLog to pin 2 on the Arduino

TXO to 3

GRN to 4

VCC to 5V

GND to GND

It doesn’t give any errors. It gets uploaded but i see no output on the sd card and I cant even interact with openlog.

Can you send me a photo showing how you have everything connected and photos of the top and bottom of your OpenLog board?

I got it working. I uninstalled arduino and installed it again. It started working.
