Not on our current system; the closest thing I found is maybe https://github.com/singandfly/live555_for_hisilicon which looks like it has a CFG for a 3519, but is not OpenOCD…but maybe using that + some others for 3519 and then an example CFG for a diff sensor from OpenOCD you might be able to piece one together all custom-like?
Otherwise my suggestion would be to post requests in the HiSilicon and OpenOCD forums and see if you can get lucky there
