Order from Dec 2007 still lost?

As I had mentioned back at the end of Janurary in [this forum, I placed an order (#4432) on Dec 13, 2007, and the BatchPCB status still shows it as Panelized, and nothing has arrived. It has been over two months now, and I’m becoming frustrated with no communication or feedback.

I have only heard from Nathan in this forum, but my previous multiple emails to BatchPCB’s support directly have gone unanswered.

Because of this mess, I have put off placing an $200 order with SparkFun, as I am no longer confident that these businesses are running well at the moment. I have previously used both SparkFun and BatchPCB and been a satisfied customer both.

It is the not being able communicate with BatchPCB, let alone to begin to resolve the problem (I realize problems and glitches are going to happen, I just want to get it fixed) or get a response that has left me feeling ripped off.](Batch PCB Status - Page 1 - SparkFun Electronics Forum)

I’m glad to say I was contacted today by BatchPCB, and everything should be sorted out. :slight_smile:

So I’m relived that the customer service and quality that SparkFun and BatchPCB have been known for hasn’t been lost.
