Order not arrived in UK

Hi everyone, I’m putting this up here as I’ve yet to recieve a reply from support. I placed an order back in November, which still hasnt arrived, even tho the site was reporting “panelised” and then “shipped to ----” after about 10 days. What should I do? is there any possibility that the board might still arrive? And would it be possible to get a refund/reorder?

You didn’t give enough information to really get a responsible answer.

First, what type of shipping did you specify?

If you chose USPS…you may want to wait another week. We have slow mules here.

If you chose UPS…then ask for a tracking number.

I received something from NZ (New Zealand) a month or two ago…and it took a month by regular mail. US mail really is slow.

I know this doesn’t help, but you can certainly trust Batch PCB, they have never done me wrong.

FWIW, some parts were posted to me on the 19 December from the US and I didn’t get them until this morning. - 20 days or so.

Hi, thanks for the replys, sorry not to have oposted more info. I placed the order on 19th november, and it was sent via USPS. I’ve sent off a second order, and that has already been “panelised” so I presume that means its been posted over to the uk. Hopefully it will arrive shortly, as I didnt go for USPS
