Part broken

Hello,

I have emailed the appropriate email channels to report a broken part delivered to me… Part # COM-14970 no one has responded and I need an immidiate replacement for a client project to be delivered this week, please can someone help so I can have a working part sent out to me and what I need to do for this to happen!!!

Can you test the Printer with a known-good 5-9v power supply capable of >1.5A?

If it does turn out to be a dead device, we’ll send a replacement ASAP

Hi @TS-Russel, Yes I have, I have tried everything from 5v 1.5A all the way up to 9v 3A with 3 power supplies between, it’s not working, please send replacement I have tried all solutions to power it on.
