Switching Power Supply - DC 20V, 5A dead on arrival - TOL-14929

Hi everybody!

I ordered a TOL-14929 DC 20V-5A power supply and it seems dead on arrival. It’s a triple DC power supply with an adjustable main output, a 12V output and a 5V/3.3V output.

The 12V output and 5V/3.3V output work fine but the adjustable output is unable to output any voltage (even when the output is on).

I have attached a couple of pictures of the issue.

Whereas the fixed outputs are working fine:

Have you seen something similar before?

Any idea on how to fix it ?
