PCB Multilayer Insulation

Hi,

I am working in a project with Multilayer PCB, and I have some concerns about the insulation among the layers and the level of voltage between tracks.

Well, my project has a voltage of 350V in some tracks in the middle of the board and between layers, and my concern is…The insulation of prepreg is good enough to isolate the tracks with this level voltage? What is the maximum level voltage that I can pass in a internal track?

Anyone has some reference about this subject?

I want to thanks the opportunitie and I hope that someone can help-me.

Best regards

Sorry if wrong box.

You need to talk to your PCB supplier and ask for the specs.

I have to assume this post is SPAM. I got suspicious because of the username and the links in the signature. A simple Google search of a phrase from the post reveals this conversation (with Leon Heller, oddly enough!) on another forum last month: https://www.pcbmatrix.com/Forum/forum_p … p?TID=2881

In that conversation, the original question was answered to the original poster’s satisfaction, so there is no reason for the same person to ask the same question here a month later. Hence,

I though it looked familiar. I even considered referring him to the PCB Matrix thread.
