The “thickness” (don’t know the correct term) of the boards I got back from BatchPCB seem to be around 1.75 to 2 mm. Does anyone know of a table of industry standard PCB thicknesses? Is there some way to order thinner boards from BatchPCB, or, barring that, another low-cost, hobby-oriented fab house? Any help is appreciated…
1.6 mm is the usual thickness. Soldermask will make it thicker.

I've heard nothing but good things about pcbcart.com, and they can do .8mm thick PCBs for no extra cost, as I recall.roach:

I checked them out, and while they do offer every option I could possibly need, and their unit prices are very good, there is a per-order tooling fee of $38, which is a little steep for a one-off. Still, I’ll keep them in mind if I ever want something in quantity.
