Postcard RTK: Results Presentation in Poster Format at IGS Workshop 2026 in Chile

Hello everyone, and to @sparky and @PaulZC

I wanted to let you know that data from our Postcard with portability shield will be presented at the IGS Workshop 2026 in Chile this June.
With a colleague from the Faculty of Engineering in Uruguay, we presented a poster on Galileo HAS Corrections, where we analyzed the results of corrections via the internet and the E6 band. This is where our Postcard comes in.
We studied the results from the CHCNAV i73 and i85 rovers and the Postcard.
Our Postcard performed at a high level compared to professional radios.
So Sparkfun will be present at the first IGS Workshop in South America.
I’ll share some more data later.

Best regards, Angel

Awesome job Angel !

I look forward to seeing the results after June

Hi Angel (@amlago ),

Excellent! Thank you for the update. Please do share a link to the conference proceedings when you can. If you are writing a paper, please share a link to that too.

Very best wishes,
Paul

Hi Paul (@PaulZC) and everyone else.

Thank you for your kind words.

The IGS Workshop is the first week of June in Chile.

We’ll be bringing a poster and a short article related to the Galileo HAS topic.
After that, I’ll share the results we obtained.
It’s fantastic to have so many knowledgeable people in Geodesy and GNSS in general here in South America, and so close to my country (Uruguay).
I couldn’t miss it.
We’ll be in touch.
Regards, Angel

Hi everyone.
The IGS 2026 Workshop in Chile was one of the best events I’ve ever attended.
All the leading scientists from around the world in geodesy, GNSS, ionosphere, troposphere, etc., were there.
It was a pleasure learning from them.
I’m sending you the poster on Galileo Has corrections that we used, along with some brief conclusions about accuracy. We’re still working with static models.
We’ll be testing kinematic models soon.
Best regards

Angel
