Problem at step 2 of 3 during Design Upload

I have tried multiple times over multiple days to upload a ZIP file of my design. However, it is always stopping at step 2 of 3.

When on the step 2 page, https://www.batchpcb.com/zipnamer.php?o … d7c4, the only text showing is

Zip File Format Selector (Step 2 of 3)

X Max: 4.55 X Min: -0.0008

Y Max: 3.9009 Y Min: -0.0847

PCB Size: 18.13766848 inches square

Estimated price per board: $47.5 [$2.5/sq.in]

There are no buttons, links, or images. There’s definitely no indication of how to get to step 3.

The only HTML for the page is

<!-- left_navigation_eof //-->
    </table></td>
<!-- body_text //-->

    <td width="100%" valign="top"><table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

<tr><td class="pageHeading">Zip File Format Selector (Step 2 of 3)</td></tr>

<tr><td class="main">

<p style="text-align: center;"><b>X Max:</b> 4.55 <b>X Min:</b> -0.0008

<b>Y Max:</b> 3.9009 <b>Y Min:</b> -0.0847

<b>PCB Size:</b> 18.13766848 inches square
<b>Estimated price per board:</b> $47.5 [$2.5/sq.in]</p>

This looks like some script is running properly, but none of the surrounding page elements exist.

If it helps any, I have tried in Firefox 1.5.0.11 and IE 6.0.

Help resolving this would be very appreciated.

Greetings MBendzick,

Do you have any other designs that have already passed the bot?

(Re)Loading one of those will determine if its the bot or your new project file.

Commens Welcome!

I don’t have other designs to try.

You do now.

Download this [file to your PC. Upload it to BatchPCB. Report back here.

The file contains data for a project that is sitting here on my workbench, fabbed by BatchPCB last month, so I think we know the contents are good…

Comments Welcome!

OK, that test set of files worked.

My files are from OrCAD, though they seem to pass on Advanced Circuits. I will see if there’s something I could do for compatibility.

Odd.

Fire a copy to dcarne at this host and I’ll see whats up.

Cheers,

David made some tweaks to the DRC bot and my design passes now. Had to do with an apparently big gerber file I had.
