Hi guys I’m using the sparkfun auto phatt with a raspberry pi 4. My issue is with the encoders they were working but no they are just showing the two values 0 and -64000. I checked the voltages going to the pins they seem correct and the chip for the encoders seems to be working with the correct voltage going to it. My quadrature encoder motors also are working fine. And im using the test code for the encoders provided on the website at sparkfun. So im just wondering if anyone had an idea what it might be maybe something might be blown on the phatt?
I suspect the encoders…Try seeing if you can get them to work without the pHAT installed?
