While configuring the Reference Station I came across to the field “Min C/NO” value, which says “Minimum satellite signal level to be used in a fix. Default: 6dBHz for ZED-F9P and 20dBHz for ZED-F9R.”
Is this value for the RTK chip that’s inside the reference station with the ublox or is this the external receiver that is used to get NTRIP from the reference station?
I am a little confused since this is a configuration field for the reference station and it seems like it only contains ZED-F9P.
6dBHz for ZED-F9P is the default setting for the GNSS receiver in the Reference Station (the ZED-F9P). You can increase or decrease this value to ignore satellites with a higher or lower signal level. Unless you’re doing some advanced setup, I recommend leaving it at the default.
The same firmware is run on other RTK products including the RTK Express Plus that does contain the ZED-F9R. That’s why you many see reference to other defaults for other ZED type receivers.
