Qwiic Endpoint and Midpoint

I’m using your Endpoints and Midpoints in a sensor project and I need to decide what type of box/housing to put these in but I don’t have any sense of what type of heat the Endpoint generates when it has some downstream sensors such as a BME688 and other sensors to capture environmental data such as a .

From a pretty tight box on one end to a box with a computer fan attached.

This will be a Raspberry Pi central box (Midpoint) and a pair of Endpoints. 1 Endpoint outside but not subject to direct rainfall and water and 1 Endpoint inside my apartment so minimal to no issues with humidity and excessive temperatures

In most cases they run barely above ambient temperature…but if maxed out (3A @ 3.3v) I’d expect them to get pretty hot…maybe best to determine with a non-contact laser thermometer, or just make the case where the PCB is floating (where the board is raised above its mounting holes a bit) if you’re worried and/or the plastic/housing on the case is too hot
